Maximum Borkdrive

The second Maximum Borkdrive game from Australian indie developer CryptisGames. 

NOTE: This is an early alpha of the game to test controls, logic, feel and a basic proof of concept. It only has 12 levels. The BETA will contain all planned levels and most of the art. The description below is to communicate the vision for the final game. 

Maximum Borkdrive is a side-scrolling shooter where the player takes control of Maximum, a smol pupper with a big gun. 

Maximum has been called out of retirement to rescue his old partner Harriet Hound from the evil AI, CatGPT, who plans to download her brain and use her top secret knowledge to start World War 3. 

Maximum must fight his way through increasingly vicious and cunning machines to reach the heart of CatGPT’s labyrinthine base.

Along the way Maximum will use different weapons to defeat machines with varying vulnerabilities and powers; using CatGPT’s own power cells against him to become stronger and faster. 

But beware! The AI of the machines know when Maximum is getting stronger and they will adapt! Choose your approach wisely.
